Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sanctum's website, Discord server, VRChat worlds, or related services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Community Standards

Sanctum is committed to being an inclusive, welcoming community. You agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect
• Follow VRChat's community guidelines and terms of service
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not disrupt events or interfere with others' enjoyment
• Respect the intellectual property of artists, DJs, and creators

Merch & Purchases

Merch orders are fulfilled by Printful. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and our refund policy. All sales are processed through Stripe. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Sanctum name, logo, world designs, and original content are the property of the Sanctum collective. Content shared by community members (sets, photos, videos) remains the property of the original creator unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Sanctum and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to virtual events, community interactions, or merch purchases. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server.
